I barely have any September photos because 1. This month was nuts and 2. I got a new iPhone and ALL my photos got deleted from iCloud during the transfer. 😭 Thank GOODNESS I had them backed up on Google Photos, but there is no easy way to get 30,000+ pictures and videos back on my phone. 🫠 I have been through all the stages of grief and just trying to move on. But just FYI: iCloud does NOT backup your photos. It only syncs them. So if a glitch happens like it did with my new phone transfer, and your sync goes through, you’ll have ZERO photos in your cloud. The backup only saves things like apps and settings, NOT photos. This is coming directly from a high-up person at Apple who tried to help me and unsuccessfully recover them. Anyway, here are a few pics of my little pumpkin, thrift finds, and my contribution to fat bear week. 🐻
