First of all, there won’t be any more grading on the weekends. 🙅🏻‍♀️ Second of all, make sure you have a plan for using feedBACK to propel students FORWARD.

Here are some tips:
📝 Spend class writing time giving the majority of your feedback
📝 Direct students to mini lessons that will help them revise in the moment
📝 Use a number system to grade digitally or in print
📝 Have students tally their mistakes, notice the patterns, and reflect
